Please note:

1. Every order should have an official school order number before it can be processed.
2. All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT should be added to your order, if applicable.
3. Include the school phone number, and the name of the contact person at the school to whom the materials should be sent.
4. Cheques should be made payable to 'Classmate Books'.
5. Payment by BACS can be arranged if required.
6. Orders are normally dispatched within 7 working days.
7. CDs and DVDs can only be returned providing the seal is intact, unless the medium is proved to be defective in some way.
